Introducing "Quest"
Quest is a new thing we're starting at Carmen's Pizza beginning Wednesday night, Sept 23 from 7:30-8:45 PM.
Every week we'll get together and have awesome pizza at no charge in Carmen's upstairs party room.
Chris Herning (the youth leader at Vineyard...you know the guy w/ the big head and unibrow that also runs the rock shows?) will give a short intro to the topic of the night and then we'll break into groups and hear what everyone's ideas are.
We'll talk about God, how to find meaning in life and not feel empty, what our beliefs are, and learn what makes each other tick.
People from all backgrounds are welcome. We want as many different view points as possible. When we've done this in the past, people from all walks of life have come away saying this is an awesome thing and we should do it again.
Quest is open to anyone in high school.
Carmen's is located at 1014 Church Street in Evanston (less than 2 blocks east of Ridge, and just west of the Davis stop on the Purple Line)
